Rajma chawal everybody's comfort food ♥️
Cooking Instructions

Soak the rajma over night and then in the morning or whenever you want to cook soak the rajma for 3-4 hours prior of cooking

Once its soaked put it in cooker and put some khada masala into it and let it cook for 15 mins till it get crushed by finger

Heat oil in a pan put jeera and hing and put onion garlic and ginger in to the pan once the onion become pillpinkish add Tomato pureee and let it cook for few mins garnish with coriander.

Then add all the desired masala and add rajma with the water left in the cooker mix it well

Serve with curd and papad and rice
