Ingredients

40 minutes
2 people
  1. 1 bowlSoaked rajma beans
  2. 1chopped onion🧅
  3. 1 bowltomato puree
  4. 2three garlic cloves
  5. 5-7gunger slices funely chopped or paste
  6. 1 tablespoonhaldi powder
  7. 1 tablespoonchilli Powder
  8. 1 tablespoonrajma masala(homemade)
  9. 1of each khada masala
  10. 1 tablespoonfinely chopped coriander for garnishing
  11. 2 table spoonoil
  12. 1/2 table spoonsalt and sugar

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes

    Soak the rajma over night and then in the morning or whenever you want to cook soak the rajma for 3-4 hours prior of cooking

    Once its soaked put it in cooker and put some khada masala into it and let it cook for 15 mins till it get crushed by finger

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan put jeera and hing and put onion garlic and ginger in to the pan once the onion become pillpinkish add Tomato pureee and let it cook for few mins garnish with coriander.

    Then add all the desired masala and add rajma with the water left in the cooker mix it well

  5. 5

    Serve with curd and papad and rice
