For puran poli wash and pressure cook tuvar dal.In a non-stick pan take boiled dal.add sugar and stir till thick.

Add cardemon powder. Let it cool.

For roti dough mix all ingredients and make soft dough.Take dough ball roll it.put made puran again roll it with light hand and put on tawa on medium flame.

Put lots of ghee.we can not eat puran poli without ghee.

For khandvi in a bowl take measured besan add buttermilk and water.add turmeric and salt.mix well without lump.

Pressure cook with 3-4 whistle.

Immediately spread on a greased thali.let it settle.sprinkle red chilli powder.roll it slowly.

Make pieces..For tempering heat oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and sesame seeds.add green chilli.spread on khandvi roll.Garnish with coconut flakes and coriander leaves.

For dana muthiya sabji remove dana from chauli.wash and boil them remove the water..In a kadai heat oiladd hing turmeric and boiled dana.Add all masala.

Add muthiya..mix well.and sabji is ready.
