Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. For aloo stuffing
  2. 3boiled potatoes
  3. 2 tspoil
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric
  5. 3/4 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 4 tspaamchur powder
  9. Grated paneer
  10. 1finely chopped onion
  11. 3 table spoonfinely chopped coriander leaves
  12. 3 tspparatha masala
  13. 1 1/2 cupwheat flour
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 2 tspoil for moin

30 minutes
  1. 1

    For aloo stuffing.boil and peel potato.smash it. In a pan heat oil add boiled potato and all masala.Potato stuffing is ready.roll one roti put cut as shown.

    On one side put potato filling, 2 and side grated paneer,3 part onion and coriander leaves.and sprinkle paratha masala.Fold it.Roll it and roast on tawa with ghee.

    Make pieces serve hot.
