Wash all the proteins and put in a pot add seasoning,salt and bring to boil, Wash and slice the vegetables and set aside

Once the proteins are well cooked add water and put your ogiri, crayfish, the periwinkle, pepper Palm oil, leave to boil for 10mins then add your achi, cover to boil for another 10mins, then add your uziza leaf followed by ugu, allow to simmer then correct your seasoning or salt, simmer then your soup is ready. Serve with garri, fufu or oat or plantain swallow
