Steps

Take boiled peas, mash it properly. Add soaked poha, sesame seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chat masala powder, lemon juice, salt, chopped coriander leaves and besan.

Mix well.

Take a small portion from it, make shape of your choice and deep fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
