  1. 2flatbreads
  2. 4halves of red, yellow, orange and purple peppers
  3. 1chili pepper seeded
  4. 1medium onion
  5. 2 clovesgarlic
  6. Fresh cilantroo
  7. Sauce
  8. 4big scoops of (vegan) yoghurt
  9. Chili sauce
  10. Salt, black pepper
  11. Summac
  12. Tablespoonlime juice

  1. 1

    Fry the onions and the garlic, then cook the peppers and the chili until tender

  2. 2

    Add the vegan gyros and let it fry for 5 more minutes

    Spread over the flatbread add sauce and cilantro to taste
