Firstly, in a kadai heat 3 tsp oil and splutter 1 tsp mustard
further, add onion and saute slightly. - 2
Add tomato,green peas, carrot, saute for a minute

Additionally, add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder n salt. saute for a minute.
cover and cook for 2 minutes or till vegetables turn soft. - 4
Add in semiya n water mix gently. do not over mix as semiya will get mashed cook till semiya gets soft an water dries

Now add coriander leaves and lemon. mix well.
finally, serve Vermicelli vegetable upma with hot masala chai for morning breakfast.
