Sattu dosa is very healthy and natural. In Bihar that called "Sattu as a power of energy" Sattu is a full of protein. Sattu useful for weight loss.

First take one bowl satu Chana and add in mixer jar add 1 inch Ginger salt green chilli and water and make fine batter.

Sattu batter add in bowl.Add salt Garam Masala and 2 tsp besan and 1 tsp curd mix well and make fine batter.

Then heat a tawa medium flame and lightly grease the surface with oil and sprinkle water. Once it get hot pour a ladle full of batter on tawa spread into a dosa on surface then add black pepper powder and add potato masala and cook over medium flame until the dosa becomes golden brown from the bottom flip it. And cook it now Sattu chana dosa is ready.

Then transfer to a serving plate. Put potato masala on dosa decorate with green chilli and and serve with green chutney and red chutney.Serve and enjoy it.Enjoy!!!
