First take moong dal wash and soak 2 hours.Crush in mixture add chopped chilli, coriander leaves and salt mix well also add baking soda.

Now take Pan put oil let it hot then add,Yellow split peas, black Split peas, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asofoetida, sesame seeds, curry leaves crackle then add in moong idli batter,mix well. Water put in steamer
let it hot, idli stand Grease by Oil. One table spoon batter put in every idli mold steam 15 minutes. Let it cool. Put in dish. - 3
Delicious and tasty Moong dal idli very yummy.
