To make kadi pakodas, take a bowl of buttermilk and add gram flour to it and make a little thick paste. Now add turmeric powder, salt and keep it aside. Now to make pakodas, cut the onion into small pieces and mix salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, gram flour, rice flour, amchur powder in it. Put oil in a pan and fry the pakodas.

When the pakodas become crispy, take them out and keep them aside. Then put some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and dry red chilies in it. Add the buttermilk mixture you have prepared to the pan. Now let the kadi boil and when it boils, add the dungeri pakodas to it. And fry it. In a small pan, add oil, garlic paste, red chili powder, add the fried pakodas and serve hot.
