Grate the beetroot and squeeze its water and take it in a kadai, and keep it aside. Now make the momos masala, chop the cabbage, carrot, green chillies and put butter in a pan. Chop one onion and garlic and fry it in butter.

Add the garlic paste to it. Then add the chopped onion, carrot and chillies. Add all the spices and sauce. Add the sauerkraut sauce. Add black pepper powder, add masala ai magic. Mix everything well and set aside to cool. Now take the minda flour, add some oil and salt to it, and knead the dough with the beetroot juice that we have kept. Then make small puris out of that flour, fill it with the prepared spices, add cheese pieces, pack it well and serve hot.
