All ingredients keep aside,in mixer jar add sprouts and grind it roughly.,

In mixing bowl add griend sprouts,mashed potatoes,ragi flour and beetroot pulp and mix it well.

Add chilli garlic paste,cumin powder,red chilli flakes,salt,and lemon juice and mix it well.take one small portion and make them tikki shape by hand.and prees sesame seeds on tikkis one side.

In small bowl add maida and water and make a slurry,dip tikki in slurry and coat ragi flour and heat a pan add oil and shallow fry tikki both side.ready your beetroot pulp tikki,serve it with tomato sauce.
