Ingredients

35 minutes
Serves 6 servings
  1. 4 cupssifted flour (about 500 grams)
  2. 1 tablespoonactive dry yeast
  3. Clean water
  4. Salt
  5. For topping
  6. Tomato, diced
  7. Green bell pepper, chopped
  8. Cream cheese
  9. Pitted olives, diced
  10. Thyme
  11. Drizzle of olive oil

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, combine the flour and yeast, and mix briefly. Add water gradually until a firm dough forms. Let rest for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Knead the dough, adding water as needed. Let rise for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Punch down the dough, add salt, and knead briefly. Transfer to a greased baking pan and let rise for 1 hour.

    Top with tomato, bell pepper, olives, cream cheese, thyme, and a drizzle of olive oil.

    Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35 minutes.
