In a bowl, combine the flour and yeast, and mix briefly. Add water gradually until a firm dough forms. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Knead the dough, adding water as needed. Let rise for 1 hour.

Punch down the dough, add salt, and knead briefly. Transfer to a greased baking pan and let rise for 1 hour.

Top with tomato, bell pepper, olives, cream cheese, thyme, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35 minutes.
