Wash and put beetroot in enough water in the pressure cooker and cook for 4 whistles.Allow to the steam to escape and cool completely.Once cool peel and chopped it and blend it in mixer using 2 tbsp water till smooth keep aside

Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl and add salt garam masala powder chaat masala powder salt and red chilli powder and 1 tbsp oil and mix well together.Now divide the flour in two parts in different bowls

In one part of the bowl add beetroot pulp and knead stiff dough without using water and divide into equal size balls aside.Knead the other bowl dough with water to make equal size balls keep aside

Now Roll out each portion of dough in a circle without using flour.Now roll the chapati of each colour and place beetroot chapati apply little hot water then place other one

Now start to roll it tightly.Make with all chapati as same

Now cut into 1 inch thick slices and press lightly and rolled out poori

Meanwhile heat oil in kadai once heated slip carefully a rolled poori and gently press it with perforated ladle and fry till puffed up flip and fry both sides and drain out on kitchen tissues.
