Quick and easy Sweet vermicelli (Biranj - Gujarati traditional sweet recipe)
Cooking Instructions

Chop the almonds and cashews. Now in a nonstick pan add ghee and roast vermicelli on low flame. It's already roasted though when we roast in ghee it becomes more tasty.

Now in a saucepan add water and sugar and let it com to boil and the sugar should melt. Keep on steering on intervals.

Now roast dry fruits also with vermicelli. It's time to add sugar syrup in the vermicelli and stir well. It will become thick and keep on stirring so it does not stick to the bottom. It will become thick and keep on stirring so it does not stick to the bottom.

Finally add cardamom powder and keep it aside. Garnish it with dry fruits of your choice. Serve it with other lunch items such as puri, sabji, dal, rice n salad. Enjoy!!!
