7dried Juanillo chiles
1 sliceonion
3 clovesgarlic
3zucchini
4pork chops
Seasonings

Fry the tomatoes with the chiles. Toast the pumpkin seeds, stirring constantly, until they start to puff up and pop. Remove from heat and let cool.

Blend everything together in your blender.

Cut the pork chops into small pieces and fry until golden brown. Add the zucchini, then pour in the sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
