  • 2.2 lbstomatoes (about 1 kg)
  • 25 slicesbread
  • Olive oil and salt, to taste
  • Oregano, to taste
  • 10.5 ozmozzarella cheese (about 300 grams)
  • Garlic powder

    Place the bread slices on baking sheets and brush with olive oil.

  2. 2

    Dice the tomatoes and mix with garlic powder, olive oil, and salt.

  3. 3

    Cut the mozzarella into cubes.

  4. 4

    Top each slice of bread with the tomato mixture.

  5. 5

    Add mozzarella on top and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
