Heat a pan with some ghee, add the ragi flour and roast it for 5 mins on low flame, keep this aside

Heat a pan with some ghee and roast the almond / cashew nuts, raisins and keep them aside

Heat a pot with some water, add jaggery and stir till the jaggery meltsOnce the jaggery is melted, turn off the stove
Strain the jaggery syrup and let it come to room temperature - 4
In a large bowl, take the ragi flour, add the roasted cashew/ almond nuts, Raisins, cardamom powder, jaggery syrup, ghee and mix everything well

Take a small portion of the mixture and make small balls out of it
