Quick Chicken and Vegetable Noodles

Slice the onion, carrot, zucchini, and chili pepper. In this order, stir-fry them over high heat in a wok with peanut oil and sesame oil. Cook the vegetables for just a few minutes so they stay crisp, then add the halved tomatoes for color. Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Set the vegetables aside. In the same wok over high heat, sear the chicken until cooked through.

Cook the noodles separately. Then combine the chicken, vegetables, and noodles in the wok and stir-fry everything together for 1 minute.
