Little millet Red sauce pasta for kids

Red Sauce Pasta is a delicious hot and tangy meal made by cooking past, tossing it in a tomato based sauce and seasoned with spices. To begin making the Penne Pasta Recipe In Tomato Sauce start by boiling 3 liters of water. Add little Millet Penne Pasta and a pinch of salt and leave it to boil. Boil the millet pasta till it just the biting consistency which is the al dente texture. This will take 7 to 9 minutes. Strain the water and rinse the cooked millet pasta over cold water, to stop cooking of the pasta. Drizzle the pasta with olive oil and keep aside... Reserve ¾ cup cooked pasta water and set aside.

Firstly, in a large vessel with hot boiling water, drop 4 tomato marked x. also, add 4 dried red chilli and boil for 5 minutes. drain off and peel the skin of tomatoes. blend to smooth paste, keep aside....

In a large wok, take 2 tbsp oil and saute 2 clove garlic. add 1 onion and saute well.

Now add prepared tomato puree, 2 tbsp tomato sauce and mix well.

Further add 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp pepper powder and 1 tsp salt. saute well.

Cook for 2 minutes or until tomato puree is cooked completely. now add cheese mix well... Add boiled pasta and mix well.

Take the pasta off the stove when it is evenly coated and arrange it on a plate or bowl. Spread the grated cheese generously.
Serve hot and little millet pasta enjoy!
