Sattu chilla is a popular Indian dish, especially in Bihar and Jharkhand. It's a type of flour made from roasted gram. It's full of nutritions and easy to digest.

Take a mixing bowl add sattu powder and semolina and mix well.

Now add all the chopped veggies with salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida, oil and water. Rest the batter for half an hour.

Heat up the pan, pour some oil and spread it around.

Now, pour the batter in the pan, drizzle 1/2tsp oil around sides and over it, cook it on medium flame.

Flip over and cook the other side.

Make more chilla following the same procedure & enjoy super healthy Sattu chilla.
