  1. 5 stalksrhubarb (fresh from the garden, if possible)

  4. 6 tablespoonsall-purpose flour
  5. 1 packetbaking powder
  6. 3 tablespoonssour cream
  7. 4 tablespoonssunflower oil

  1. 1

    Wash and peel the rhubarb.

    Slice each stalk lengthwise, then cut into small cubes.

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the fig sugar in a large mixing bowl.

    Crack the eggs over the sugar, mix, and beat until the mixture is pale and creamy.

    Add the sour cream and sunflower oil.

    Whisk again. Sift the flour together with the baking powder.

    Add the flour mixture to the bowl and whisk until you have a smooth, even batter.

    Add the rhubarb and gently fold it in with a spatula.

    Grease a baking pan and pour the batter into the pan.

Congélation de la rhubarbe du jardin

Je découpe la rhubarbe du jardin en tronçons pour la congélation elle est de la sorte toute prête pour compotes,tartes,gâteaux…

Comment réussir facilement des gâteaux

Lorsque je fais des gâteaux je tamise systématiquement ma farine avec la levure

Comment graisser un moule uniformément et de façon économique

Faire fondre le beurre puis le mettre dans un flacon spray pulvériser ensuite vos moules

Comment s'assurer de la parfaite cuisson d'un gâteau ?

Il suffit de planter une lame de couteau dans le gâteau si elle ressort sèche c'est cuit dans le cas contraire prolonger un peu la cuisson

Comment bien faire refroidir des gâteaux

Pour faire refroidir des gâteaux je les les sors toujours du four avec la grille
