Peel and grate the beetroot. Grate the carrot.

Boil, peel, and mash the potato. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

Add all the spice powders, then lightly grease your hands and shape the mixture into small patties.

Place the sesame seeds on a plate. Lightly coat each patty with sesame seeds.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add oil and cook the patties for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
