First, gather all the ingredients for the oats sesame patties. Mash the boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl.

Add the finely chopped onion, green chilies, carrots, and bell peppers. Mix in the oats. Then add all the dry spices and mix well.

Add the breadcrumbs and mix. Grease your hands with a little oil, shape the mixture into patties of your desired size, and coat them with white sesame seeds.

Place the patties in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Heat oil in a nonstick pan and cook the patties, flipping them until they are golden brown. If the mixture sticks to your hands, add some roasted chickpea flour or gram flour, then shape the patties again.

Your oats and sesame patties are ready. Enjoy them with yogurt and tomato ketchup.
