  1. 1 bunchKomatsuna
  2. 1/2 packEnoki mushrooms
  3. 4 Tbsptoasted sesame seeds
  4. 1 TbspSake (or white wine) *
  5. 1 Tbspsugar *
  6. 1/2 Tbspsoy sauce *
  7. 1 Tbspmirin (if you have) *
  8. 2 Tbspdried bonito flakes

  1. 1

    Trim off the roots of the komatsuna. Rinse and cut into 3 cm pieces. Trim the stems from the enoki mushroom and cut into 3 cm.

  2. 2

    Boil komatsuna and enoki mushrooms briefly in salted hot water for 20 seconds. Shock in cold water and drain well.

  3. 3

    Chop the sesame seeds and combine with the * ingriedients in a bowl to make sesame sauce. Put komatsuna and enoki mushroom and dried bonito flakes in the sauce and dress.
