Ingredients

2-serving

2 noegg boiled
2 tspsred chilli powder
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1 tspsambhar powder
1/2 tspcoriander powder
4 - 5 tspsoil
to tastesalt
water as needed

Mix all the ingredients into a batter except egg

Cut the boiled egg into two halves

Apply the paste on the boiled eggs
4

Heat a pan with oil and fry the eggs till it becomes well roasted in the oil

Now the spicy boiled egg fry is ready to eat.................
