In a clean bowl add on all your dry ingredients mix thoroughly
Then go in with your liquid ingredients
NOTE :do not add in water or milk in one go, add it bit by bit until u form a very soft Dough

In another bowl add in 1 teaspoon of oil put in your Dough close it and allow it to rise for 40MINT

After that on a clean surface cut your Dough in to circle use a rolling pin to open it,
on a low heat fry each side for 2 mint DO NOT USE OIL OR BUTTER (use non stick pan) - 4
After that use a melted butter add in some chopped Persely and rub it on both side of the bread.
ALHAMDULILLAH AFTER THAY YOUR TURKISH FLAT BREAD IS READY
IT CAN BE SEVER WITH ANY SOUP OF YOUR CHOICE OR TO BE TAKEN WITH TEA🥖🥖
