Keep pressure pan, add ghee and oil, fry whole garam masala, add sliced onion, g chilli, fry until onion turned colour

Add marinated mutton, fry and cook for 5 min, now add chopped mint and coriander leaves, stir for 5min

Add water 1: 1 /2 ratio, squeeze lemon, mix gently, cover and cook NOTE:: (after the 1st whistle, reduce heat in low and cook for 10 min)

After steam release completely, open and add the drained rice, again cover and cook 7 min same as above note

After 10 min serve the delicious hot and spicy Maldives mutton biryani with raitha or biriyani brinjal curry
