For Barnyard Rice -Rinse millet and soak for 10 min.

Heat ghee in pan add cumin seeds add soaked and drain Barnyard Millet saute for 3-4 min then add hot water and salt cover and cook until water observed

For Kadhi -Whisk sour curd add fasting flour and again whisk together well.

Now add water and whisk until smooth.Now heat peanut oil in kadai and add cumin seeds grated ginger and chopped green chilli saute

Now add sour curd mixture and let it boil stirring continuously

Add black pepper powder and salt cook on low stir until slightly thickened.
