Niramish Paneer Dalna Bengali Style

Cut the paneer & boiled potato into small pieces. Then fry it until they are golden brown.

Now add ginger - green chilli paste, saute it for 1 minute. Then add tomato puree & salt. Saute and cover the kadai. After 2 mintues open the lid and add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder & Kashmiri red chilli powder. Cook for 2 mintues.

Now add the fried paneer & potato pieces, cook for 3 mintues. Then add water, saute it. Cover the kadai for 3 mintues.

When the water is reduced & gravy is medium thick add ghee, sugar & garam masala. Saute it & off the gass flame. Rest for 2-3 mintues. Then serve it.
