This easy to prepare dry chutney is very healthy iron rich & immunity booting must use.
Steps

Heat mustard oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds, dry red chillies, roasted chana, curry leaves, and sliced coconut.

Roast on medium heat until curry leaves are crisp and coconut is golden.

Let the mixture cool.Add this in the mixi jar and prepare powder

Add mango powder and rock salt.

Grind everything to a coarse powder.
- 7
Store in an airtight container.Use in stuff parantha or sprinkle over salads or use as you like 😋
Tips
Use as a filling in stuffed parathas, sprinkle over salads for extra flavor, or enjoy as a seasoning with any dish you like.
