Take fresh rice powder,sieve and add to a big bowl. Add asfetida powder and salt mix well.

Take a mixer jar and add red chilli,garlic and curry leaves,add little water and grind it into a fine paste. Take a strainer, pour the red chilly puree,strain the spicy water in the rice flour,add fried gram flour and butter. Mix well.It becomes nice dough.

Ribbon pakoda dough is ready. Take a muruku maker. Apply oil and stuff the pakoda dough in it and press well.

Keep a kadai in medium heat, add oil, let it hot enough. Take the muruku maker and press the ribbon pakoda in the hot oil. Let it cook till crispy and golden colour.Remove from oil. Transfer to a serving bowl.

Enjoy the tasty and crispy ribbon pakoda in festival time otherwise evening snacks.
