14 ozpeaches (about 3) plus 1 extra for garnish
1 3/4 ozamaretti cookies (about 15) plus more for garnish
1 3/4 cupssweetened plain yogurt (about 450 grams)
2/3 cupsweetened condensed milk (about 170 grams)

Steps

Peel and dice the peaches, including the one for garnish. Set the garnish pieces aside.

In a large, deep bowl, whip the heavy cream with the sweetened condensed milk.

Add the yogurt and blend on low speed.

Gently fold in the diced peaches and crushed amaretti cookies with a spatula.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and freeze.

Remove from the freezer 1 hour before serving. Scoop into bowls and garnish each with an amaretto cookie and a few pieces of fresh diced peach.
