Ingredients

1 bowl
  1. 1small bowl – sprouted black chana
  2. 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  3. 1/4 tsprosted cumin seeds powder
  4. 1chopped green chill
  5. A fewchopped coriander leaves
  6. 3 tsplemon juice

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First, wash the sprouted chana gently with clean water.

    Heat water in a pan. Once it starts boiling, add the chana and cook for 7 minutes.

    Add a pinch of salt, stir, and after 1 minute, strain the chana using a sieve.

    Transfer the boiled chana into a bowl.

    Add red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, chopped green chili, coriander leaves, and lemon juice. Mix well.

    Serve fresh.
