Steps
- 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, add 130 g of sugar to the egg whites and beat until stiff, and add 100 g of sugar and the remaining ingredients to the yolks.
- 2
Pour the mixture into an oiled baking dish and arrange the forest fruits.
- 3
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, when it's done check with a method such as inserting a toothpick into the middle of the biscuit and if it stays on it's not baked and if it doesn't stay on it's not baked since there are forest fruits in it we'll bake for 42 minutes
- 4
Once baked, leave to cool and cut into desired shapes.
- 5
Add milk and vanilla to the pot, then add the chocolate and wait for it to melt, add the butter, mix some more and start dipping the cut biscuit as desired.
- 6
Once you have dipped the biscuit in the chocolate sauce, roll the biscuit shape well in the coconut and place it on a plate or tray, depending on what you have, and repeat this process with all the shapes made from the remaining biscuit.
