First make filling- In a bowl, mix the grated cheese along with boiled corn kernels, chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper powder.

Now spread Frozen Samosa Patti Sheet. Put one tsp cheese-corn filling on it. Shape each into a samosa.

Seal edges with water and press firmly.

Heat oil and deep-fry samosas until golden brown.

Serve hot with ketchup.

Tips
For extra crispiness, ensure the oil is hot enough before frying.
