Marinate the diced chicken breast with salt, soy sauce, and chili powder for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden, then set aside.

Quickly fry the chicken again to make it crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, then set aside.

Heat the pan again, add a little oil, and stir-fry the dried chili peppers, ginger, and Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant. Add the chicken back in, then add MSG and seasoning powder. Mix well and it's ready to serve.
