  1. 5.3 ozJapanese snap beans (about 150 g)
  2. 1.8 ozred bell pepper (about 50 g)
  3. 1.8 ozyellow bell pepper (about 50 g)
  4. 1.8 ozcherry tomatoes (about 50 g)
  5. 2 clovesgarlic
  6. 1 tablespoonvegetarian oyster sauce
  7. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  8. 1/4 teaspoonsalt

  1. 1

    Wash the snap beans, cut into pieces, and blanch in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Drain well.

    Slice the bell peppers into strips. Leave the cherry tomatoes whole or cut them in half.

    Mince the garlic. Sauté in vegetable oil in a skillet until fragrant.

    Add the snap beans, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes. Stir-fry quickly over high heat.

    Season with vegetarian oyster sauce and soy sauce. Toss well to coat, then remove from heat and serve.
