Wash the snap beans, cut into pieces, and blanch in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Drain well.

Slice the bell peppers into strips. Leave the cherry tomatoes whole or cut them in half.

Mince the garlic. Sauté in vegetable oil in a skillet until fragrant.

Add the snap beans, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes. Stir-fry quickly over high heat.

Season with vegetarian oyster sauce and soy sauce. Toss well to coat, then remove from heat and serve.
