Steps

Put 3 tbsp of oil in a saucepan, heat and add the onions fry till transparent then add the ginger and garlic.

Fry for a few minutes then add the tomato paste and cook until the oil separate ls from the onions.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until the onions are soft and begin to breakdown.

Add water and royco to the stew. Water should not be much, it should be according to the amount of soup you want.

Then remove half the stew before putting in the fish, then pour the stew on top of the cooking fish.

Allow it to cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with Ugali or Rice.
