Fish is my favorite food. I decided to prepare it in a different way. You can try it out.
Steps

Wash the fish, remove the intestine and cut into 3 parts.Sprinkle salt over the fish and Hang the them over a wire mesh so that the water can drain.

Then add oil for frying in a frying pan and let the oil heat for a few minutes until you see bubbles. Then dip in the fish. Let it fry on one side till golden brown then turn the other side

Remove from heat then wet fry the kales using oil, onions and tomatoes.

Then cook the Ugali and serve the foods
