Place steak bites into bowl. Add 3 tbsp steak seasoning. Stir to coat.

Add vegetable oil to pan, turn on medium-high. Sear steak bites until almost done. Remove and set aside.

Reduce heat and add 8 tbsp butter. Wait until melted. Add 2 tsp garlic and cook until fragrant. Add 1 tsp parsley, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, and salt. Add steak bites back in and toss to coat. Cook until done to medium.
