One-Skillet Stew Meat and Noodles
Healthy alternative to boxed meals. Quick clean up and very yummy!
Steps

Place stew meat, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook until meat is medium done.

Add butter and flour, stirring regularly until browned.

Add 2 cups water and sour cream, stir well.
- 5
Add salt, pepper, basil, thyme, and noodles. Stir again.

Cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 7
Add peas and carrots. Cook 5 more minutes, stirring frequently.
Tips
If to thick, add water or milk until good consistency. If to thin, add 1/4 tsp arrowroot and stir well.
