Heat oil and fry cashew badam and raisins and keep aside

In the same oil fry all vegetables and keep aside.

Take pan heat ghee and add cardamom cloves cinnamon jeera.Add rice salt black pepper and garam masala mix gently.

Add all vegetables and mix gently.

Transfer it to a serving bowl and drizzle some kewra water on top of it.

Serve hot.
