Ingredients

20 minutes
6 pancakes
  • 100 g (1 piece)Ripe banana
  • 1Egg
  • 25 gRolled oats
  • 7 g (1 tbsp)Ground flaxseed or milled mixed seeds
  • 30 mlFull-fat milk
  • 0.5 tspCinnamon
  • 1 tspOlive oil or butter (for cooking)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash the banana in a bowl. Whisk in the egg and full-fat milk.

  2. 2

    Stir in rolled oats, ground flaxseed, and cinnamon until combined.

  3. 3

    Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over low heat. Spoon batter to form small pancakes.

  4. 4

    Cook each side for 2–3 minutes until golden and set.

Tips

You can use any type of oats and milk. Cooking on low heat helps prevent burning and keeps the pancakes tender.
