In a wide pan, add 1 tbsp ghee, broken chana dal and roast it for about 2 minutes.

Then add roasted peanuts, curry leaves & crushed garlic. Roast it for 2 mins, add puffed rice and mix it.

Keep the flame on low, add turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, asafoetida powder gently mix it.

Let it roast for a few minutes and then finally add a tsp of ghee. Quick savoury snack is ready.

Mix well to combine flavors.
