Coriander masala Atukulu

In a bowl add poha, rinse with plain water. Soak for five minutes.Drain the water completely. Squeeze the poha gently. keep it aside.

Collect the fresh coriander leaves, onion,ginger and green chilies. Take bowl add the coriander leaves and rinse with water two or more times.

Take a mixer jar add coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger and salt. Grind into a fine paste.

Keep a fry pan on medium heat, add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad dal, chana dal, groundnuts, cashew nuts, chopped onion saute for few minutes.

Then add the coriander masala paste. Saute till raw smell goes out. Add the soaked poha, mix well for five minutes in low flame.

Add one table spoon lemon juice. Mix well. After few seconds remove from heat. Transfer to a serving bowl.
