Stir-fried Lamb with Cumin & Fish Sauce

I believe this is the easiest and quickest dish of Lamb to cook, if you have already thinly sliced Lamb. Absolutely yummy to enjoy with chilled Beer, but of course you can enjoy with freshly cooked Rice. Serve with plenty of Coriander leaves and fresh Onion.
Stir-fried Lamb with Cumin & Fish Sauce

Heat Oil in a frying pan over medium high heat, cook Onion, Garlic and Chilli Flakes. When Onion is softened, add Lamb, and stir.

Lamb will be cooked very quickly. Add Ground Cumin, Sugar and Fish Sauce, and stir. Taste it, and add extra Fish Sauce if required.

Transfer to a serving plate, add plenty of Coriander Leaves and the saved thinly sliced Onion, and enjoy. It is great with chilled Beer, OR enjoy with freshly cooked Rice.
