20 minutes
  1. 1 1/3 lbsfresh spinach (about 600 grams)
  2. 3 1/2 tablespoonsbutter (about 50 grams)
  3. 1/2 cupmilk (about 100 ml), plus more if needed

  1. 1

    Wash and boil the spinach, then squeeze out all the water thoroughly and chop it finely.

    Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the spinach.

    Add the milk and cook for 10 minutes or longer. If it gets too dry, add more milk. Season with salt just before serving.
