Healthy Amla Chyavanprash - With Jaggery

Select green big amlas, wash and drain. collect all the spices.

Dry roast all the masalas or keep in sunlight mor some time to remove moist if any. Grind it in a fine powder. Store it in a dry airtight container.

Steam cook amlas in a cooker for 2 whistles.Deseed them.

Mash the amla in a mixie and sieve the pulp. Grate jaggery if it is in big pieces.

Take the pulp in a pan and cook it at medium flame. add jaggery and mix it well. Cook it till water evoperates and it becomes little sticky.

Add saffron,mix it. And cook it till little more stiff and leaves the pan. Also add grinded masala.give a good mix and switch off the flame.

Add honey after it cools down. Mix it well.

Fill it in a sterilized glass jar and boost your immunity and energy by having it daily this winter.
Tips
You can take masala proportion as you wish to. There's no need to refrigerate chyavanprash, if it is cooked properly ( no water remained) .
